We are in network for several insurance companies, but we are unrestricted providers in all insurance networks. Being an unrestricted, or out of network provider, allows us to treat our patients in a comprehensive manner without the limitations of traditional dental insurance. In order to assist our patients without insurance or who may have limited insurance, we have developed a Lux Dental Membership Plan which allows the flexibility of treating you without restraint, yet providing you with services throughout the year.

At Lux, it is our goal to make each patient feel respected and well cared for. We focus on your oral and general health in order to provide you with a customized, intentional treatment plan based on your needs. We perform a comprehensive and thorough exam, which includes a complete health history radiographs, a 3D intraoral scan, photographs, periodontal charting and, if time allows, a dental cleaning. We want to turn your experience from a “have to go to the dentist” mentality to a “get to go to the dentist” one!

They are one and the same! At Lux, we provide all porcelain crowns fabricated in a state-of-the-art laboratory. We no longer take goopy and uncomfortable impressions, but instead use a very specialized and high-tech intraoral scanner to digitally send the files of your teeth to our lab.

Dental implants are without a doubt the standard of care to replace missing teeth. Dental implants take the place of your natural teeth, from one to several to all, in order to give you a healthy and functional smile.

At Lux, we offer several different options to give you the bright, white smile you have always wanted. We offer take-home strips, customized trays, as well as in-office treatments that leave you beaming with confidence. We are always happy to discuss the best option for you at any of your dental visits.

A Smile Makeover has the potential to be a life-changing experience! Many patients come to Dr. Tack with the goal of creating a better smile and leave with their lives changed for the best. Not only will we give you your dream smile, but we’ll offer the best options to create better overall health as well.

The first appointment is an interview to discuss your goals, along with a series of photos and a video, as well as an intraoral scan so that she can digitally plan your smile from start to finish.

The second visit is where the magic happens! We will perform a smile simulation in our office so you can test-drive the design of your brand new look. At that time, we will go over both the treatment and financial plans and schedule future visits. Choosing the right dentist to complete your Smile Makeover is of utmost importance–Dr. Tack has done extensive continuing education with Digital Smile Design, Spear Education, Clinical Mastery Series and more, to become an expert in providing you with your new dream look.

A Smile Makeover may be as simple as Invisalign or include more steps with porcelain veneers, a gum lift or other procedures. Whatever it takes, it is our passion to work with you to create the smile you have always wanted.

At Lux, we offer a complimentary Invisalign consultation in which we will discuss your goals, perform a cursory exam of your teeth and bite and Dr. Suzanne Tack will let you know if you are a candidate based on the complexity of your treatment. At that visit, we will also take a digital intraoral scan of your teeth and bite, as well as four photos to develop your treatment plan.
